I understand why we design for recycle, however when you consider only 5% of our waste is recycled and our green spaces are littered with rubbish I wonder if compostable packaging options are the better one, even though there are battles with the methane gasses they emit and the possible message that its ok to litter because it degrades.

What are your thoughts?
