I believe in leaving the planet a little better than I found it.

For me, that means improving the systems we work within, helping people to grow, caring for the natural world and contributing wherever I can with curiosity, kindness and practical action.

Professionally, I am a senior packaging and sustainability leader with experience spanning packaging technology, new product development and group technical leadership within complex manufacturing environments. Throughout my career, I have helped organisations navigate change, improve systems and bring people together to solve problems. I enjoy connecting the dots between people, production and planet, translating complexity into practical action and finding opportunities where others see challenges.

My journey hasn’t followed a traditional path.

Alongside my corporate career, I built and managed a successful five-star Aveda beauty spa. During that time, I completed a Certificate in Education with Distinction through three years of night school, reflecting a lifelong love of learning and helping others to develop. More recently, I have become a writer, speaker and advocate for practical sustainability, publishing a weekly newsletter called Packaging Unwrapped and sharing insights at industry events.

I am also an author of children’s stories, believing that storytelling can help us understand ourselves, each other and the world around us. Whether through packaging, speaking, writing or education, I am passionate about making complex ideas more accessible and inspiring positive change.

Away from work, you’ll often find me outdoors with Bertie, happiest in nature, walking, exploring and reconnecting with what matters most. He has a wonderful way of reminding me that joy can often be found in the simplest things.
