What a difference a day makes…

The models below show the development pre-parkside flexibles.

Mould made from the IAM material, I used the sheet to separate the moulds so that the material doesn’t stick to the ridged plastic, and so that the dehydrater could dry the material out.

I sanded the tray to test how the material would look like.

I was thinking if the material could be used for other applications, building, sound insulation, making…

The model above it testing the paper as a fire hazard.

The iron was on the material for 3 hours. I did this before testing a food tray in the oven. answering my question of fire risk.

This tray is the standard tray manufactured by Parkside. This tray became my mold.
