The paper was made from hemp fibre, coffee and starch.

The intention was to make a paper with flexibility, and durability with a moisture repelling quality, so that the material would work for packaging food.

In principle the paper prototype was durable, flexible and it repelled moisture in a fridge environment. the paper didn’t go soggy.

The paper wasnt a high quality and I didn’t pursue the concept mainly because it would be confusing for consumers when deciding how to separate their waste at home, because it would have looked like paper carton board which are commonly recycled as part of curbside collection.
