
Me and some students from year 2, the trip also was appropriate for there project. Later at their projects award ceremony I noticed two out of the three who went to look at the waste sorting site won awards at the retail institute lead competition. I’d like to think there was a link.
I was a finalist in last years competition. I’m so pleased that Leeds becket are running more initiatives that result in internships been given. It makes such a difference when applying for jobs. Nice one Robin Brinkworth.
If I didn’t need to work my holidays I would have done full holiday internships. However in my experience internships are unpaid, even the ones I have won have been without remuneration. I wonder what my audience things about that? ( Hurrian were very generous with expenses)
