Considering manufacture
I used a dehydrater to speed up the drying time of the tray moulds.
The heat also helps bind the fibres releasing lignin, which is part of the chemical
make-up of Hemp, Lignin is what binds paper fibres, I am intentionally borrowing techniques used in the paper making process.
Using these traditional methods will keep my finished product financially accessible to the FMCG market, because the manufacture and assemble can use current machinery and assembley, like the egg box.
