Thanks to a chance meeting with Cathryn on an evening out with friends at a birthday party, I was introduced to Edwin Preston owner of Simply candy. He needed help finding a sustainable packaging solution for his vegan sweet range, this gave me the opportunity to practice consultancy skills and product development with Edwin at Simply Candy 

I recommended an off the shelf solution manufactured by Coveris a polyethylene made from sugar cane.
