I really enjoyed this afternoon at the conference laid on by the course.

I got the opportunity to re-connect with Sally Clark, a recruiter, this lead on to tidying up my C.V, and providing a word document as well as a PDF, which ment that I was ready for interview.

The experiences that came about from this conference was a series of job interviews.

I really need to practise my interview skills, its like I get hijacked by an alien on entering the interview and then as soon as I exit, I feel myself again.

Having had a few interview experiences now I’m feeling increasingly myself through the process and gaining the knowledge of interviewer expectations.

Sally Clark and Angela Stanzione have both helped, polish my C.V, and LinkedIn profile, and help me reflect on the interview process.

The event through guest speakers,  also gave clarity of portfolio expectations and the insight into post graduation and entering work as a designer was really helpful.

Charlie a MA student at Leeds Beckett  convinced me that studying for an MA is what I would really like to do in my future, probably material science. I want to work for a few years first though.
