The Tray mold maker was inspired by the Areo press coffee maker. the coffee maker produces a compressed shuttle cock of coffee, this was the plan with my mold maker. To use force of pressure to get ride of water and compress the hemp and coffee fibres in to the shape of the mold.
I think this would work in manufacture, it kinda did with my workshop made mold. I couldn’t get the walls of the tray thin enough and strong enough so that the tray was light.
Weight is important because of the transportation and the impact on CO2 gases associated with weight and moving products around.
