Taking Time out to enjoy myself has always been a difficult balance.

When I’m at my best I find balance of work and play and creatively I’m a much better designer. Like my Instergram profile suggests with cycling, come thoughts, and then design.

My Instergram tag was a result of reading Einstein and the art mindful cycling, by Ben Irvine. One of my favourite reads, and highlights the need in modern times to find time to be mindful.
