Within my last project Seasoning  I spent lots of time designing graphics and using Info graphics to tell a person how to use the product, some of these where in the form of short videos Gifs. When I received my favourite birthday present (image below) the infographics on the packaging of my flask, clearly and simply stating Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, reminded me of the importance of simple graphics, something I sometimes struggle with ( simplifying ). I used the on the flask packaging as an example in my logo design telling future consumers about my Biofuel packaging. Other influences where testing the logo on my friends asking them what they thought, and Instegram, and also the book Information is Beautiful written by David McCandless

This book influenced my design by giving beautiful examples of illustrated systems, as my designs often fit within a system telling the story in this way is very helpful, it is instant.

My current project system needs illustrating, for my hero poster, I am planning on using a similar format to my last project SEAsoning because it worked.
